How many times have you been called out by the "vegan police" for something outside of your control, rather it be unknowingly eating something with dairy or taking a medication after surgery?

A recent post on Facebook stirred up some conversation about a young lady who needed dental work. No one has Perfection

We all contribute in some way such as a bug hitting our windshield, unknowingly stepping on an ant, or a field mouse that dies while a farm harvests carrots. None of us are immune to some level of harm. However, making the decisions we can that align with the ethics of a plant based life style is all we can really ask for and expect.

It's important to be kind to yourself and others when transitioning and making through choices such as getting health care.
