We discuss a lot of things on the show and out in the world in regards to health, diet and fitness. The vast majority of the advise and motivation we provide is helpful. Sometimes, however, we may be doing more harm than good and spreading poor information or representing good information in a poor way. Some topics we should stop saying or change our message on are:
- No pain, no gain
- Everything in moderation
- Spot training for weight loss
- Organic food has more nutrients
